9 STAGES OF THE PROGRAM

A spot in the program is not guaranteed, but you will be invited to an info meeting by one of our mentors to see if you qualify.
FROM INFO MEETING TO AWARDS BANQUET
Although the summer program is only for three months, first students are selected and their preparation starts from as early as in October. For some it will be one unforgettable summer, some will be selected to the leadership program, yet everyone will get experience for a lifetime.
Introductory Meeting
The goal of the meeting is to give a first understanding of the program through a mentors personal experience. It also is a good way for our young leaders to practice communication skills.
1
Selection Process
There are usually 3-4 meetings to cover everything important from how we work to how the money works. A mentor will answer all the questions and evaluate the qualification of the student.
2
One-on-One Mentorship
If a student is qualified and motivated, he or she is offered a spot in the program and the mentor continues personally to coach and prepare the student emotionally and technically for the summer.
3
Seminars & Training
Besides one-on-one mentorship there are held seminars and trainings. Students meet other first year students to learn from experienced mentors, make new friends and practice.
