After their first summer they continued to expand their knowledge and hone their skills while being a mentor to those, who joined for the first time. Through consistent hard work, a goal-oriented mindset and countless hours of practice they have become the leaders of Southwestern Advantage Europe1, helping young people develop the skills and character to achieve their goals in life.

He graduated from Harvard in three years with honors and has an MBA from Vanderbilt University. With more than 30 years in sales leadership, sales training, and marketing management, he has personally trained over 75,000 people how to sell through the SWA summer program.
