After their first summer they continued to expand their knowledge and hone their skills while being a mentor to those, who joined for the first time. Through consistent hard work, a goal-oriented mindset and countless hours of practice they have become the leaders of Southwestern Advantage Europe1, helping young people develop the skills and character to achieve their goals in life.

        Sales Director / Lead Mentor
        As a Public Administration student, he was selected for his first summer in 2001 and sold books for 7 summers before earning his position as a Sales Director / Lead Mentor leading the "Unity" group with students from Estonia and Poland.

      • Veiko Roos
        Sales Director / Lead Mentor
        As a Public Administration student, he was selected for his first summer in 2002 and sold books for 7 summers before earning his position as a Sales Director / Lead Mentor leading the "Winged" group with students from Estonia.

      • Veiko Tell
        Sales Director / Lead Mentor
        As a Public Administration student, he was selected for his first summer in 2003 and sold books for 10 summers before earning his position as a Sales Director / Lead Mentor leading the "Kingdom" group with students from Lithuania.

        As a Spanish Language and Literature student, she was selected for her first summer in 2004 and sold books for 10 summers before earning her position as a Sales Director / Lead Mentor leading the "Sparta" group with students from Estonia, Latvia, Lithuania, Poland and Georgia.

        As a Business Administration student, he was selected for his first summer in 2005 and sold books for 9 summers before before earning his position as a Sales Director / Lead Mentor leading the "Empire" group with students from Estonia and Slovakia.

        As a Logistics and Business student, he was selected for his first summer in 2007 and sold books for 10 summers before earning his position as a Sales Director / Lead Mentor leading the "Wolfpack" group with students from Estonia and Latvia.

        As a Law student, he was selected for his first summer in 2007 and sold books for 10 summers before earning his position as a Sales Director / Lead Mentor leading the "Euphoria" group with students from Estonia, Latvia and Poland.

        As an International Relations student, he was selected for his first summer in 2010 and sold books for 10 summers before earning his position as a Sales Director / Lead Mentor leading the "Prodigy" group with students from Estonia and Poland.
